Character Stuck and Camera Locked When Spawning in West Freeport

Hi everyone,

Whenever I create a character starting in West Freeport (or use "Origin" with WFP as my home city) on any server, my camera locks to a default position and my character gets stuck underneath the Planes of Power (PoK) book on the map. The only current workaround is dying and recovering the corpse, or gating out if already bound elsewhere.

I'm trying to play EQ with my parents, so any help fixing this bug would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Could anyone also let me know how to properly embed an image in this forum? The insert link option isn't displaying my screenshot.
