Error 1017 with EQEMU 0.4.1 and Windows XP PRO

Hey -- You have probably already been sifting through several threads and posts to find and answer to your problems, but no avail. I'm not here to solve any of the problems with EQEMU, just shed some light on the situation. While I was setting up a localhost sever with 0.4.1, I noticed some text pop up when I tried to login to my own server and then get kicked out.

I don't know what any of the error codes mean, but I have tried several things to login to a localhost sever -- deleting/shutting down any antivirus/firewall utilities, downloading a previous version of world.exe and flagging an eqemu account, changing all of the localhost parameters to 127.0.0.1, and so on.

If it helps -- I am running WinMySQLAdmin 1.4, EQEMU 0.4.1, and i have patched my EverQuest(tm) to the latest version (as of January 31, 2003). I know that the latest patch may affect the playability of EQEMU; however, I have not been able to logon to mIRC at all (I get *server not available* errors ). If my version of EQ is to blame, I am sorry for the post; but, if the error lies elsewhere, I would be glad for the imput.
