Default Client dies with any dBase changes

Whenever I create any new items in the unused slots BELOW 32600, or change any portion of the database other than the character info, eqgame.exe crashes 5-10 seconds after i zone in, with the corresponding zone.exe giving an "unexpected packet" error. I am using Telmet's 4.2 DR2 with his 4.2 DR2 DB. I also got this error quite frequently when running 4.1 as well.

Oh, I was doing it with the FQAdmin, ill see if resourcing the dBase will fix it. Guess it's time to start using the good 'ol Item Editor. I'll try it and see what happens.

As far as I know, the "FQAdmin" (EQEmu Admin Tool) is currently not working with the character data/item data. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Here is what I have noticed on IRC.

1) Anybody that uses EQAdmin/FQAdmin has problems with their server/db...
2) Anybody that tries to create their own items with EQAdmin/FQAdmin has problems with their server/db.
3) Anybody that changes character data at all has problems.

I've used FQAdmin with success to make some basic changes such as:

1. Change my characters "current zone" from a zone that causes my client to crash, to a stable zone.

2. Give myself AA points to spend.

3. Remove items that cause my character to die after loading (I believe this isn't dual Lore items like some people have suggested, but is instead wearing an item where you do not meet the minimum level requirement..)

4. Inserting some items onto my character

5. Editing the AA table so that Archery Mastery does have 3 purchasable levels instead of 1.

I did notice that some of the skills didn't match up with the correct in-game values.. eg In game I have 0 Dragon Punch, and 120 Double Attack, and in FQAdmin, it's the other way around.
