wtf do i need to DL and where is it i cant find anything =-( i wanna use the program ive heard so much about it but im lost!!

Ok... guessing that you already have everquest installed on your computer, go here, http://www.eqemu.net/index.php?patcher .

Download the patcher program, patch, and play.

do exactly what he said but id recommend reading the readme on the www.eqemu.net homepage first.
