locked servers?

Do I have to do something special to get into these? I just got this this weekend, and am still learning the ropes. I don't know how to hack, and I keep getting wasted in the forever hacking server, so I want to play some bg ol' legit servers however they all say LOCKED, what does that mean? how can I play, is this temporary, an explination would be great.

locked means that they are thats its locked and you cant join i dont know when they will be unlocked but you just have to wait or make your own server
