Default Bugs to the left of me, bugs to the right of me

I've been playing EQ on two different servers, everhack(?), and "legit servers suck". On both theese servers I have problems with bugs. LOTS of bugs. A few examples: I cant speak to NPC's, there are no forges, looms or owens, most most NPC's have doppelgangers, items dropped on the ground dissapears, when I enter a new zone I usually arrive 200 meters up in the air falling to my death, when switching zones items duplicate or dissapear, trained skills reset when I exit the game. and many many more.
Now my question is: is it me, or is it the servers? Does everyone have theese problems?
I downloaded the game for the free EQ trial period. Is it my game that is bugged? If so, is there a patch to fix this or should I just get my cheap ass out and buy the game?

Few of those are really code bugs..

Most are the result of database configurations, with the exception of dropped items, it's just not implemented yet.

Speaking to NPC's- There are no quest scripts set up for them yet.

No, your version isnt bugged, its the server code and/or the database set up.

- Trained skills resetting. Thats a bug..
- Items weirding out. We know about this one, being looked at.
