Procrate is way too much.. Of course with a dex of 300+ and 100+ haste would produce quite some proc's on the live servers as well, but it is way too much how it is now.

The 2HB thingy is still there on my version, but i must admit i dont download any CVS version and compile myself.. i just used the one from Drawde's page. Not too sure how to see what build or anything of the actual .exe..
