Make sure you've downloaded and run EQEmu's patcher.

This will make sure you have all the right files to play.

If that doesn't work do a thorough file check twice on EQLive patcher, then run EQEmu patcher to fix files.

If that doesn't work try downloading a new video driver .

If that doesn't work kick it  .

For your Graphics Card...

I was having LOTS of problems, exactly the same as yours. I had downloaded DirectX9 (Beta and Public Release)...but my Graphics driver didn't support them yet. My graphics driver is from nVidia, they just released a DirectX9 compatible driver and I've not had a single error since!

Have a look on your graphic card manufacturer's website at "Driver Updates" or something along those lines. Make sure you have the latest version of your driver...if you do it's prolly not that

i dont have a graphics card its an on board card
I had the game running for a while and then it would just crash to desktop someone said it might be my comp overheating but i dont think this is the problem. I think it might be my onboard card because it uses the mother board and this might cause my motherboard to do so many processes at once that it just crashes the game  but i close all programs before i enter EqEmu meaning all task bar programs (ie. Msn Kazaa... and so on)

Doh sorry, can't help you there.

Does EQLive work for you normally (i.e. Without boots)?
