Weird Problem...anyone experience this??

Has anyone had the problem of being able to summon and search for items, but not able to zone, summon levels, or summon a pet on the servers that support it? Also, does anyone have problems with crashing to the desktop after picking your character on some but not all of the servers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
