Need some Database help(so confused)

I was wondering if someone could help with the database stuff.

I used the eqbackup00.zip file from one of the tutorials.

What databases do I need ecally and how do I combine them all together? I would to have the planes of power zones populated if posible. The one I am using now, none of the planes of power zones are populated as well ass Velious and luclin. Is there not a database for these?

So what I am getting at is I have been reading where you have to compine the files ect. I am kinda new to this so just learning.

Also I was wondering, for example when I am lets say Gfay and I do a
#spawn (mobname)
Then I do #race 49

The npc stays as a human form but if I do it in Soldunb or Permafrost it changes to dragon form. Anyway to fix this or is this how it needs to be?

some zones do not have the models for certain npc's in them. I think it has always been the case that if you try to spawn somthing and the model does not exist in that zone, the npc will look human.

Well another thing is I was in temple Vesshan and it still looked human as a dragon
