Default Odd Problem with Logging In

I can get the world server to connect to gotfrags. Then I start my five zone servers and they connect fine. I get on my EQW and connect to my server. I can create a character and play and all the commands work.

Heres the problem: My friends can't.

I'm the only one that can log into the server. Everyone else gets 2-4 invalid zero-length(?) opcodes then "Client disconnected." after clicking "Play EverQuest." I've pasted my ini files below.

db.ini:
[Database]
host=localhost
user=[edited out]
password=[edited out]
database=eq

loginserver.ini:
[LoginServer]
loginserver=eqlogin.gotfrags.com
worldname=Morphling's Domain
locked=false
account=
password=
worldaddress=***.***.***.***
loginport=5997

We're both patched to the newest version of EQ client and both use EQW and Windows 98 SE. I'm using dial-up and he's using DSL, which might be a problem, not sure.

Emulator works great from what I can play of it. Keep up the outstanding work.
