Diablo II Beta 1 Server
I have 620 items complete right now, going to set up the server tonight (if it works). So please get on it and report any bugs on this thread. Thanks 
Item Number are as follows:
Normal: 1000-1166
Exceptional: 1167-1329
Elite: 1330-1477
Set: 1478-1604 (kinda differant, don't get bonuses)
Unique Rings: 1605-1610
Unique Amulets: 1611-1620
Please note that these are in beta, and if you see a Breast Plate with over 900 AC, thats NOT a bug. Mobs will hit a tad harder on this server once they are up, there are NO spawns as of yet. Also weapons have a tad bit more damage than normal eq :twisted:  :lol:
There WILL, I repeat, There WILL be a character wipe as soon as beta is over, so don't work to hard at finding the best gear, because you won't have summon commands after beta. |

This is NOT the normal server, so if you get lag, don't complain about it please, its a slow computer. Also won't be up 24/7, only be up when I do the beta tests.
*edit* It will be up 24/7 once the server-op comes back (he disappeared), or until I find another one.

Damn - too bad I patched EQ recently since I started playing again. :( I just got Diablo 2 the other day and I have to say it's awesome, I'd like to see this server.  |

are you using 0.4.3? I had a similar problem using that version. I would sayuse 0.4.2 (but that would be a step backwards), or 0.4.4 DR1, I haven't used that one yet.

I am using 4.4dr1. 4.3 don't even work for me, world opens and then closes instantly. Scorpx725 was supposed to be the Server-OP for this, but I haven't heard from him for a while now. :cry: This is exactly what happened last time I was working with a 24/7 server (ManJones Server), he disappeared *sigh*

well this sucks...i cant connect to ANY EQEMU servers now, not that I have patched or anything its good to go on that...but the servers are SO UNSTABLE i get disconnected before character select and get booted to server select. I wish I'd hurry up and get DSL maybe thats the prob.

Unless you are close to the DSL provider, DON'T GET IT! I went to a friends house for about a week, he had DSL. It was slower than dial up half the time, it sucked so bad. I played EQ on it, kept getting disconnected. He wasn't to far from the provider, he said he called em and they went over to there house to see if anything was wrong, they found nothing wrong. Get cable. |

my dsl provider is like 1/4 of a mile down the road i think its gonna go fast. My stepdad works for the police department and they are across town and they got dsl and it runs UBAH FAST
