Default Just a Note

Okay, there is one thing I don't understand. Why the hell so many people are flaming EQ2. OH NO!!! I can't move my character over. You know what big deal.

I think this is the smart move.

1) What is the point of moving over a character that I never play anymore because a. I am bored with it and B.) he is already maxed out.

2) If you understood the concept behind EQ2 you would understand that becasue of the way EQ2 has been designed it is not possible to move your character over because of both the skill system and character advancement.

3) It gives everyone the chance to start at the same pace and give a fresh new experience to the game.

I personaly was not all that pleased myself but you know what? I have made and deleted alt character's tons of times. I also slap myself because I always say to my self, gee if I would have put 10 more points into this skill my char would be so much better.

SO before all of you flame look at it this way. DO I REALLY HAVE TO PLAY EQ2. No you don't. And you are probably right about sony not caring hell I wouldn't. Those who don't like it simply won't play the new one. Those that do will. And the majority of the people that do start playing will probably be people that have not played the first one.

I personally can't wait to see some new faces on the new game, instead of all the people on EQ now who have 100 different alts.
