GuildWars

GuildWars is a very good, stable server and is constantly worked on, but it seems like they don't really take a lot of feedback from players into account.
Does the shammy epic still have Summon Gate Potion (Combat), while the Chanter epic has KEI (Clicky)? If the dev's took feedback from players, I think the server would be great. I stopped playing on GW when it broke up with Image, and I moved to Killspree's. Killspree's was a great server, we only had about 20 people playing on it - so everyone knew everyone but you could still have fun . Then the content ran out, and was being "discovered" quicker then it could be made. Now Killspree's came down, and I can't wait until Evertorn :o .

Yeah GW is a good server altough all my chars getting high lvls get loginbugged, and theres no way for them to fix it... :cry:

hey. I finally got EQ to work on these servers after like a year yay. Well anyways just wanted to say: GW is mint, would be better if the NPCs talked more etc. Also i keep getting D/C after like 10mins? Whats up with that?

I have had this happened once and a while too. Restart the computer. Have a clean start up. May fix the problem. I also found turning off my computer at night, when I am sleeping helps. Could all be random, but I swear it helps

Login bug at later lvls huh? That is bothersome.

Also, there are times when I get the message "You can not use that (or this) command right now" It is as if I am casting a spell, and yet I can not cast a spell. Going into my spellbook or sitting does not help. It was not fun when I was fighting a lvl 50 Druid and I could not bash all of a sudden. I swear I had him too.

Also, he was down to -54% health.... thinking thats a bug.

AND, when I cast fear the whole zone either went LD or died... people where upset. =-D Nevertheless, GW is the best server I have played so far and I am looking forward to higher levels on it.

I wasn't forced to play there at all. I had a little fun on that server and did decide to play on others after a while.

I thought this was the forum for expressing opinions about various servers, so that's what I did. If that offends you, seek counselling.

The whole point of guild wars is to join a guild and war. I just thought you were missing the point. Why join a server whose sole purpose and function is to do something about which you are complaining. It's like telling someone that you don't like swimming because of the water.

If you didn't want to get in the water, you didn't want to swim.

The time ive spent on GW with my monk, I have never seen a true guild war.

A good ammount of the PKing that ive seen is from a few ppl, usually lvl 50 chars camping a zone line or a TL spot. So to me, the name GUILDwars is a bit misleading.

Is it the servers fault that guilds dont pk together? No. We let ppl play how they want to play.
