I can't get custom items to work using Windcatchers EQAdmin tool.

I dunno what exactly I'm doing wrong, but I've tried making multiple simple items ("Test Sword Sword") and such, as well as the ShadowKnight Epic - but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone run through the basic steps for me? I think it must be something to do with the Item ID or along those lines.
