Default Cannot Patch to EQLive

I find this very strange i just recently upgraded to XP and it wont patch to eqlive now. Ive reinstalled in twice and im doing it another time. Any Ideas?

Tried calling Verants support ? Might be the right thing to do since youre having problems using their patcher...

They dont help

acutally it was an emergency call he had to make

it just quits and then it wants me to send report =/

Oh , so its dumping.. the error report for Microsoft I assume?

Im betting it's drivers. .Have you updated your video card/sound card drivers and Direct X since installing XP ?

EQ has been listed in the MSKB for having issues with WinXP.

yes i have updated my drivers
i went to verant and all they said was dl a new client but it still didnt work

verant wont help since my graphics is supported by them
they also say its soemthing wrong with my connection (which i dont get)
