Default WTF
Hey, just got EqEmu up again. I havnt played since Images Server went down. But, when i try to get passed the Server Select it says "you may need to Re-run the patch progrom. Please someone help

Not exactly acurate for example BT Broadband doesnt offer an email service its just a no frills fast dsl line and nothing else, several other providers have been doing this too (athough I am refering to the UK only ive no idea about anywhere else)

In the U.S., if you connect to the net, you have an Email, 99.999% guaranteed.

If you need an email account because you have one of these highly spammed ones please email me gp1001@linuxoasis.com and i will gladly set you up an email account @ no charge! its great having your own email server. It has a webmail interface or you can pull your email with an smtp client such as outlook.

The least i can do for the Eqemu brother's and sisters out there!

:evil: :!: I just made my account, but it won't let me log into the actual game. It takes me to normal EverQuest then locks up....

What am i supposed to do when i first start because the instructions don't help :

I just created my account and it give me this error when i try to log in using the eqhost modified for the 5.0 development. :
EQEMu Error: Bad username/password

Does it take some time for the account to be allowed on the game servers?

Default Forum/EqEmu synch?
Is there a time period between creating an account (and being able to post here) and a synch between here and the login server? Because obviously I have an account here, being able to post, but get the "Bad username/password" error when using the EqEmu server. Thoughts, help please?

heavily wrong I live in the us and if I dont have a free service I dont have email my ISP does not give email as a service. more and more ISP's are going that rought

doh, i registered yesterday, but it seems that i have a bad username/password.. anyone got any clue about this ? i can come to the login section sucessfully. obviously i have an account activated because i can post.. sooo.. any clues and helps would be greatful.

yo... long time watcher first time poster... i've been around since the first eqemu, just never posted lol... i also just signed up for an account and i'm getting the same problem you folks are "bad user/password". unfortunately i have updated eq files recently... (after the august 26th date) so maybe i'm screwed for while? oh well someone gimma a tell whats going on src_krnik_@hotmail.com or "ankoryt" on AIM.

just made an new account getting bad username/password is this a gimic or does it really work. If i am doing something wrong please let me know.
