Default I need help to create a server

First of all, greetings to all of u ... well now to the real deal : I want to create a server but I know shit, zero, nothing about EQ server creation, so I have some ( actually a lot ) questions to do and I would be pleased if u guys could answer :

1- I dont have the kunark cd, will I NEED kunark to create a server?
2- What programs do I need to download to run a server using the current patches and with : original EQ, velius, luclin and Pop ?
3- What exactly programs do I need to have to run a EQ server? ( similar to second question ) but I mean ALL the programs I need to have.
4- I plan on playing and hosting a server for me and 2 more ppl on a p3 650 384 ram geforce 128 mb, how the performance will be playing and hosting in a machine like that ?
5- Can I host a server with it allowing acess to ALL EQ zones ?
6- Can I have, for instance, in a server created by me all slots with ac 100 and hp 300 for instance ?
7- In original Everquest the stats cap is 305 and the defense is 2000, can I raise that on my server?
8- When I am creating a server do I need to repopulate ALL zones, edit ALL spells and do all that ass work or can I download somewhere a file with all the things already settled ?

Guess thats all for now.
Thanks in advance. :

Perhaps if you checked out:

http://www.eqemu.net/Guide.htm

1) You don't need Kunark
2) see http://www.eqemu.net/Guide.htm
3) see http://www.eqemu.net/Guide.htm
4) With those specifications - the server may be a little laggy.
5) The specifications of your computer would not allow you to host all eq zones/and even if it did - it would be as slow as a fish trying to swim in peanut butter.
6) You can have whatever items you want - its your server. Use Eqadmin to create your items.
7) Yeah - if you wanted to.

Make sure to check out http://www.eqemu.net/Guide.htm before asking more questions...

1. No, you don't need a CD as long as you have the expansions installed.
2. Right now the emulator doesn't work, you'll have to wait till 5.0 is done. Developers are working on ironing out the bugs right now, so give it a few weeks.
3). All you need is the eqemu server to run a server.
4. Performance will be fine for that little amount of people. Only thing I would suggest is get another stick of ram.
5. The server currently defaults with 5 zones. They are in sleep mode until the server calls for them to load. You can change the amount of zones you can have running, but I wouldn't suggest going any higher than 5 with the machine you listed.
6. You can create custom items.
7. In original EQ, the stat cap was 255, 305+ wasn't introduced until AA points came into play. Dunno what the original defense cap was, but it can be raised.
8. You need MySQL, and you can download a pre-created database that should have most zones populated, along with items. Spells are already pre-created.
