I suppose, as a newbie, I don't really get a vote, but I would find it very useful to have a server that was very newbie friendly. Not an instant 65 level or anything, just one labeled newbie, no pvp (or pk, whatever), nothing fancy. Just a way to level up a bit and learn the game.
Of course, your mileage may vary.
