Default New Forum Accounts & Password Changes

Hello,

I've changed the password on one of my kids' forum accounts and setup two new ones for the other two. We'll be playing together on some of the legit servers.

Problem is...
It's been about a week and their email accounts have not received their activation or password change notice. The account I changed will not login with the old or new password.

I suspect things may be slow right now, considering the transition, but I'd like to get everybody online one of these days, together.

Who is in charge of the forum accounts, also needed for the EQEmu login server?

Is it possible to check up on this activation process and give it a jump start?

Thanks,
Arley

Default Same Problem here

I created an account on 8/21 at 6pm (GMT) and received the activation immediately. I initiated the account and was able to log in to 0.5.0 servers without any problems. I created two more accounts (for friends) using different emails at 10pm. Both of those accounts (one of them being this one, jackal73) received the init email and I successfully initialized those as well. However neither of the two later accounts are able to log into the 0.5.0 server. (EQEMu Error: Bad username/password)

I realize things are in transition, but could somebody please comment on the process of initializing an account and how that account gets transfered to the actual game servers and perhaps explain why I'm able to login with one account but not the others? Is there a routine maintenance that occurs that updates the game server with newly created accounts? If so, are there certain times that this maintenance runs? If not, is this simply a problem due to transitioning to 0.5.0?

I've since created accounts for the family members and everything is working fine.

Thanks!

the email works correctly

If you dont receive it, then its more than likely caught in your spam folder or something similiar. Also some ISP's block email they think might be spam, but they dont notify you they are doing it.
