Default EQAdmin and Spell mods?
I was wondering if we will have access to spells. IE changing them and creating new ones?

Yes using the spell editor found in this forum kinda way back so here it is again

there is no walk through or support but there not hard to figure out.

it may be a lil tough in the newest spells_en there r some unknown effects in some of the spells ...the editor dont know what they r and shows it as unknown

The spells file (spells_??.txt) has changed, but the spell editor hasn't yet been adapted to the change.
