Im a single male tryin to make it on my own, Ramen and soda's or Cold Brew Tea is the CHEAPEST way to go...keep yerself alive and spend the least amount of money possible, but the down side is that yer taste buds get tired of the same ole' thing, and want something like pizza or pasta er something...therefore you are not only gulping down noodles (very high in carbs.) but yer also gonna shuv some more nasty stuff in yer gut. they best suggestion I have is to make a variety of foods, but the foods need to be somewhat healthy. that dont mean that you need to eat a slice of pizza and suddenly jump into the Rocky run-athon to try and work it off. just watch what ya throw down yer gullet, some of it WILL come out, but some will also attach itself to yer body...just my personal suggestion. oh, BTW, i was a fitness instructor for 6 years as well as a gymnastics instructor and dietary consultant for body builders...so its not only my personal opinon, but its an educated opinon.
