Packet Collector V.05 - WPCap.dll

I have tried using packet collector .05 to collect many of the items that I have that the database does not contain while playign EQ, but I cannot use the packet collector becuase it cannot locate WPCap.dll.

I have tried looking for this file myself on my system, but can't find it, therefor I can't run packet collector, would any one that has this file handy send me an E-mail please?

Would have never found this post because while looking for a similar thread I only looked for things that said Packet Collector .05 or Wpcap.dll as the topic.

The site that is linked to taht thread is down, I have been searching forever and cannot find wpcap.dll any where!

In the future, dont search for an entire specific file name (wpcap.dll), just search for winpcap (the name of the application), you are much more likely to find relevant results..
