alright alright I give up I need some help

I've spend a few hours on the forums and in email trying to figure out why it saying I have a bad username for the EMU. When I go to log on at the screen. No it doesn't say station name it says bad emu username or password and I've tried it 1000000 times I know its not wrong user name or password. It works just fine for the forums but to get to the server list it doesn't. Does it take a lil time for someone to add the account to the log in screen or somethin? sorry to bug ya over this but I just don't get it.
