Alright.... gonna go out on a limb with this one and take a guess that you're not flagged to enter your server?
First... Should be an ini file in your EQEMu directory... something like loginserver.ini (someone correct me if im wrong.)
Open it up ... should say Worldlocked = TRUE or something. Change that to FALSE. Should fix that problem.
Log in to your server.
Log out as soon as ya hit character select.
Shut down your server and run this from the command line
world.exe flag <username> 250
Something like that. (It's been a while since i've done this.)
replace <username> with your EQEMu account name.
Should fix it.
