There will be, like usual, an updated DB from TCS and team in the next couple days.
It's admirable you want to help people out (this is a rare and good quality) but, you're sitting here bitching about people that made this happen from the start -- then you don't even join #npcmovdb and ask TCS if there is a new db or anything else to that effect;
Had you started out your previous "I wish people would just post a working db" thread with something like "Newbie worldbuilder looking for insight" or something like that, I'm sure you would of at least eliminated the flames... but you complained, and came across as ungrateful for what has been made freely available to you (whether or not that's what you meant to imply).
In other words, why did you complain about the lack of 'working dbs' when 1) there were already several successful servers running tcs' db, 2) you were already able to fix your own db and not rant on about it publically (which pisses developers off without fail, I'm sure).
Now it seems everyone is bias to your thoughts, and you compare this group to another? hehe.. 'getting $hit on' will happen everywhere/anywhere in life if you open up a can of 'please $hit on me'. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to flame you -- but you can't expect everyone to understand/care that you want a complete db and you want it now, while everyone else has to wait like the rest.
