At a complete and total loss...problem with Boot5zones.bat

I changed boot5zones.bat to include my new no-ip address, but still nothing. The world and zone are not talking to each other at all, I think.

My world.exe says
<everything above here is loaded correctly>
TCP listening on: jilm.no-ip.org :9000
world server listening on: jilm.no-ip.org :9000
connected to loginserver: eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997

boot5zones.bat is now

start zone . 66.25.124.129 7995 jilm.no-ip.org

and I still get this: "bad command or file name"


i am extremely confused :(
