And I have a semi-beffy puter(GeForce4 - 512mb ram - 120gig harddrive) will this be sufficient to run both EQ and the emulator at the same time or should I find one of my old puters (GeForce4 - 256mb ram - 9gig harddrive) and use my good one as a server?

With an AMD 2.4GH 1gig DDR pc2700 ram and a decient cable connection I could host 15 or so people on my server, unless I logged into the server from the same computer running it. At that point 4-5 of us could be on as long as noone cast or fought.

with fighting / casting I could handle 2-3 people with some lag.
