I've been having the same crashing issues as have been described above since the Dec.18th patch. I have an AMD and nVidia video card. I've talked to tech support about 10 times. Last time I talked to them, they told me that Sony recognized the problem and are working to fix it. He advised me to wait until the next patch...which apparently won't be until Feb.10th. I've also posted on here and have made NUMEROUS changes to my computer to no avail.
