this is caused due to messed up files on your computer so reinstalling is by far easier then checking each and every file for the bad ones then trying to track down correct versions due to them being warz.

I clicked every button for every expancion and I can play with no problem, make sure you run the complete file check a couple times too. This will also ensure when the next version comes out and you need to patch you wont have to change the settings to do it.
