make a second shortcut to eqgame.exe on your desktop, right click it, select properties.
go to where is says target,
("C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest Trilogy\eqgame.exe" by default)
after the quotes after
eqgame.exe put one space and type "patchme" without the quotes and hit OK
this will make it skip the patcher and go straight to the EULA
assuming you installed everquest to the default directory, the target should look like:
"C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest Trilogy\eqgame.exe" patchme

(btw, the reason you make a copy of the eqgame.exe on your desktop is so that when you do want to patch to live you have a button already ready to do it
