1. turn off router DMZ (if u have router)
2. use any anti virus prog if u have any, if not, go to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and click on "Scan now, its free!".. it scans for virus and cleans virus online.
3. try get microsoft window update, maybe it will help get rid of error
4. (if u get new upgrade from microsoft.com), run virus scan again.
5. Visit
www.annoyances.org if all fails, ask for help in their forum, they pwn, they helped me tons on win xp, and laptop win ME
