try this

samandhi has a great post, I went ahead and read it for you, and though i'm not quite sure everything you have in there is needed I read that you should at this time try:

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin3.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin3.eqemulator.net:5997"
}

try that, and if it says that is down change the 3 to 1, and vice versa.. lets see if that works
