You can download mirc from
www.mirc.com.
After you open it fill out the settings ( bogus information is fine )
in the status bar on the bottom type the following.
/server bender.eqemulator.net
After connecting type :
/join #npvmovdb
And someone should be their to help you.
Again if no ops are available to accept files, feel free to send zipped logs to tcsmyworld, and any other compressed form of logs to badk0re.
To send a file in IRC right click the users name you wish to send a file to, click DCC Send and select the zipped/compressed log files.
