Server setup no errors in zone.exe or world.exe but 1017 err

Ok the error thread didnt have much about 5.3 all it had was stuff on 5.5 for my 1017 error that i am beginning to love so much

So I am gonna move the server to my main network computer and then turn off my network and internet sharing and see where that gets me. Although I dont think this will help I will try it if someone has any ideas for me to try when I get home please put them in I would like to give them a shot to get this thing working.
