hey guys quick question please help me

Ok first thing first i think this is pretty cool,
2nd thing
Can u make like a backup of the everquest file and call one eqmu and play change just that or do u need to do it to the orginal? i followed the link to help me setup for the files and i coulden't or should i say woulden't let me log in under my forums name, i did everything to the "T" but still nothing it won't let me log in stating that i have the wrong username and password to check it, But i went back thru and checked the EQhost file, i changed everything to what the FAQ told me to do, so now i am stuck and really want to try this out tonight anyone help me out with this please newb in distress

i have like 3 or 4 copies of my EQ folder 1 is for live 1 is for here and 1 to just have to have and another 1 to mess with while playing around with while im goofing with a server creation... over kill im sure but when i started here i patched and had to wait now ill have the files i need when ther needed...

but anyway

if your getting username/password errors check your eqhost file again , if it really is the wrong username and pass it will say bad eqemu username/ password ... if it dosent say that its the eqhost file ill bet
