Where did you get it?

Where did you get Mangoos item editor 1.5? I have 1.7 version and it crashes each time I try to preview an item. It works for making the item, saving the item, but when I preview an item above #20 or so, I get this:

Item Editor MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Even though 1.5 is an older version, if it works, then fine.
