In your loginserver.ini try putting in localhost in place of your IP for loginserver and worldaddress...Or 127.0.0.1 ... I know that sounds odd, but sometimes manipulating things around like that helps.. I couldnt connect to MY minilogin server until I had localhost or 127.0.01 in there... It wouldnt let me use my internal IP for some reason... Other than that it looks as though you are connecting to minilogin and world.exe just fine... Just need to get the client connected hehe...
