Use item editor, you will find it in "Item Editor" folder in your EQEmu directory.
Best way to create an item is to edit an exist one, that will prevent crashs from EQEmu.

Does that Item Editor work anymore? Every time I try to make changes to anything it just ignores them. I can't create new items, I can't edit existing ones, and I can't delete them. The only thing I can to is view them (works great for that though ).

I know the user I set up has permission in the db to do all this stuff because, when I log into MySQL as him, I can make the changes manually.
