Check your eqhost.txt file and make sure it is trying to use 5997 and not 5999.

Also, try putting your internal IP in loginserver instead of 127.0.0.1, as sometimes computers dont like that loopback.... Easy way to do this is: when in notepad press cntrl+h, then in the window that comes up type 127.0.0.1, and under that in the replace box type your interal IP, and click replace all...

To test if you have your router set up correctly replace everything with localhost and see if you connect with no errors.. If you do then you KNOW some setting in your router is amiss...
