I don't think we could as they seem to be hard coded in the client because even though our AA code is not working at all you can still in the game open up the window adn view all the AAs and their descriptions. Probably in order to do custom AAs you would have to change some of the EQ files and distribute them like you ahve to do a custom spell file to make new spells. And even if every AA was custom it sitll wouldn't help us to get AAs working since we still do not ahve buying or using AAs packet collected and the packet format is the same for all the AAs, jsut a different AA number for each one.
