Error 1001 (Already read Sticky)

Getting Error 1001, already read the stick, didn't help. Here is my eqhost.txt:

[Registration Servers]
{
"register.eqemulator.net:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin3.eqeumlator.net:5997"
}

Have tryed using eqlogin 2 and 1, no luck there either.

Please help
