I'm getting the exact same thing. I played with the DataRate, I made a new account, I reinstalled EQ, nothing seems to work and nobody seems to have a fix for it. I think the problem is thd Gates of Discord patch, that might have some sort of effect on it unless someone has already patched that.
Since you have to run the EQ patcher before you can log into the Emulator, I think that is something that would be fixed immediately, but I still have no idea, I can't seem to fix it myself. I'm having fucking EQ withdrawls, so if someone has a fix, come on and quickly let someone know, cause its driving me bat shit that I can't play.
