I downloaded ActivePerl and installed it, same thing. Also, I downloaded all of the 5.6 files so it shouldn't be 5.5.
Update: Reinstalled, got perl58.dll, still dosen't work. Same problems with both of them. Also, where do I download the latest version? I only saw 5.6 files as the latest.
Update2: It's working now, now I'm trying to get my server up..trying to use a minilogin, but it says
