Default Exp tables and other fun things.

Planning to use custom races in my server (quest type to get a hold of an item to turn into a gm online) I succeeded in making my race a Lavadragon (go Naggie) and able to see it myself in zones such as feerrott, ect (changed a few .txt files in eq, others would have to do the same to see it)

Now...

Other than having to add a exp table for lavadragons (if you know how I will gladly listen, otherwise I can find it)

and adding them as a reconizeable race for items..

and perhaps making a few custom items

and having the edidted .txt files availiable for download

and adding a few special abilities such as FireBreath

what else will I need to do to make them able to function as a exp gathering character?

Can't you just have ppl choose a regular race/class and, once they're ingame have a quest or something similar that, once they finish it, just changes their model/size to that of a dragon?

Pretty kewl idea though.

yup I can do that. its what I did to turn myself into a Naggie clone..

however...

the database doesnt have the info on a lavadragons exp table

which gives final proof that different races level different rates :P
