Default There a way to play on other's servers without making your o

I dont plan on running my own server but I def like to play on others. I can't figure out a way to not start a server and still play. IF you take your server name out of login.ini you get an error.

So you have your own server running, plus your logging into other people's server = MAJOR LAG.

IS there a way?

I can play fine through the emulator. My question is how to play without the part of running my own server. I follow the read-me to the T, and I can get into other servers fine. But I see my server in the server list and I know that cant be good on resources....

Read the readme again, you only need eqhost.txt and eqw.exe to play on public servers.

You don't need to get, set up or run anything else unless you want to run your own server.
