Are you working on your own (private) server or logging into one of the EQEMu Public servers?
If you're working on your own server, post the output of World.exe, one of your Zone.exe's, and MiniLogin.exe (if you're using it).
Also post the contents of your db.ini, LoginServer.ini, eqhost.txt, and (if you're using MiniLogin.exe) MiniLoginAccounts.ini.
