The Devs here said they were not making an EQ2 Emulator, so it would have to be developed by different people.

i doubt it will happen. im sure making an emulator for EQII is going to be alot harder then EQ.

I think it will happen, but it will take a LONG time to get complete. I don't think EQEmu will have any part of EQ2 emulation since EQ1 will still be updated.

I would love to see an EQ2 emulator though later on. Would I play it? Yes, but I will also pay monthly for it to play on Live. My computer just needs a tiny upgrade before then :P
