Default Help with error 1017?

Thanks in advance~

I've got my own server up, it's not locked I can go into other servers, and I've got no errors that I haven't been able to fix thus far. Then I try and log into my own server. It gives me this error:
Error 1017: Cannot login to the EverQuest server.

You may need to re-run the update patch. Repeatedly seeing this blah blah blah.

So...what do I do?
