Ok, you are patched to live, so you will not be able to logon to a 5.7DR3 server. The current live patch only works with 5.7DR4 servers. If you have Visual Studio .NET , go to cvs.biosprite.net and download the latest source code and compile it, then replace your world.exe, zone.exe and emusharemem.dll with the executables that you have compiled.
If you still have issues, post under Win32 Server support.
